With the 4th of July next week, it’s time to plan your patriotic dessert! These cupcakes have berry-flavored swirls on the inside, and fresh fruit on top of their creamy vanilla frosting.
With a bit of tweaking, I came up with a simple cupcake recipe that doesn’t require cake flour or buttermilk, requiring no special ingredients! To jazz it up, I filled the cupcakes with some strawberry puree, and put more strawberries on top!
